The Start of .... Something (Travel)

Avril's attack hits. The bandit holds onto the base of the arrow and then falls to the ground dead.

Meanwhile the bandit that was attacking Falabella backs up from her as he sees Sidney charging at him, making him deal with both Falabella and Sidney. The bandit takes a defensive stance to try and keep himself from getting hurt as easily.

Falabella was slightly relieved when the bandit stepped back, she had lost the advantage of being close with speed by staying close. She sees Sidney coming and is welcoming the help... but the look on his face is odd... something isn't right there.

She keeps her Damaging Needles in hand, not wanting to lose her only weapons to a dodged throw. She slowly starts to circle away from Sidney's charge, trying to get behind the bandit, or at least to his side. if he followed her motions maybe she could turn him around and Sidney would get his back, either way worked for her.

She sneaks a glance at Avril, she's hurt but no longer under attack. A glance at Tokara makes her more worried though. A fully healed bandit was acting strangly... too much interest in his sword may make him get his stuff stolen again. The bandit didn't seem to care that his buddies were dieing one after the other...

"Seeing as I do not know what you are talking about I cannot. However, I can give you a card of someone who might if you tell me where you got that sword." says the bandit. "Do not worry though. I do not want that sword personally. Not with the baggage that is bound to come with it." The bandit is still not showing any aggression towards Tokara and does not have his hand on his weapon.

Tokara tought on what this bandit said, but it really wasn’t the info he seeked. “Hmm well I think this might have to be discussed with everyone else. what would you say to it just appeared in my lap sort of speak.” He wasn’t telling the full truth but wasn’t too far off from it. As tokara was showing his colors at negotiation it was easy to see he wasn’t the best at it. “as for what do you mean baggage? Is there more to come with this? If you want to go talk with the guy with the daggers. He would know more about this blasted sword more than me.” He would turn to see Sidney rushing another bandit after seeing two lying on the ground blood gushing from their neck, then he saw avails drop from arrows being stabbed in to his neck. “Well looks like I came in to a fine group of people.” Tokara smiled the sight of carnage made him happy, even happier then a bunch of hot human women. tokara crossed his armed and looked at the bandit he was talking to. “Want join them??” raising his eye brows in a manner that was both scary for the situation and rather ridiculous looking.

The bandit faces Sidney instead of Falabella, because it looked like he was the one that could do more damage to him, or at least he looked more menacing with his crazy facial expression. He holds his blade to hopefully block or deflect Sidney's attack.

Sidney sees the bandit move to defend against his potential attack. Sidney's face goes blank for a second before grinning again. "That's another good idea... I like the way you think!" He then focuses back on the bandit, his face full of malice. Then he throws his first dagger at the bandit's chest. He then charges with a bit more speed and attempts to stab and then slash the bandit's stomach. If he succeeds it will be a very gory attack.

The bandit deflects Sidney's thrown dagger with a show of decent agility. He looks proud of himself for about half of a second before Sidney stabs his stomach and then slashes. He falls to the ground dead with some of his guts hanging out of the wound a little. And so falls the last bandit that seems willing to fight.

((Post order from here on will be Avril, Falabella, NPC Event, Tokara, Sidney and then repeating in that order.))

Avril is creeped out by how Sidney was acting. She starts pulling arrows out of the bandit she had just killed. She wipes the blood off on grass and then looks around to see if there were any more arrows she could salvage. She ignores the bandit in front of Tokara for now as it seems that him and Tokara are having a random conversation. She starts pulling out some of the broken arrows from another dead bandit. At the least, the arrow heads could be rebound onto new shafts.

Falabella was a bit worried about Sidney's mental well-being, but her attention was stuck on the bandit that was a little too close to Tokara for her ese of minid. She walked past the body of the bandit that had been attacking her, heading in Avril's direction, never taking her eyes off the still living bandit for more than a second at a time. She reached half way to Avril and picked up 4 of her Damaging needles, the ones she had thrown at her bandit while he was walking towards her. She kept walking, just passing Avril, she searched quickly for her initial 4 Damaging Needles thrown at the bandits as they were attacking Avril. It took a little bit of time to find all 4 since she kept looking up to make sure Tokara's bandit didn't try to attack while we were feeling safer.
Having found all 8 of her missing Needles, she weaves 6 of them into the leather straps on her corset, keeping 4 in her hands, ready just incase. Falabella walks back to Avril, "Keep an arrow strung up just incase this isn't over..." Falabella does not trust anyone that close to Tokara, especially when they've already attacked him.

The bandit looks at Tokara with an unimpressed facial expression. "I'm not interested in fighting small fry." says the bandit. He then responds to the question about baggage. "Aye, it comes with baggage, but I'm not going to tell someone who's too ignorant to follow leads when they show up." he says referring to the proposal that he had made. "This is your last chance to accept the offer. This card'll let you talk to my boss, and he can tell you anything you want to know about anything, for a price. All you have to do is tell me where you got that sword."

Letting out a growl being called ignorant he then stood looking at the man. “if you really want to know fine. The sword fell from the sky in a ball of fire. The impact you can find it a little ways back. The ball of fire hit closest to me and damaged my armor the sword came out and broke my other sword shattering it so I pulled this sword from the ground and plan on using it as a replacement. But that’s all I know about this sword, where I grew up people didn’t worship a sword on mural.” Tokara figured if his boss could tell him anything then he better take the offer, that and his other teammates might need the information. He started to approach the bandit holding out his hand for the card. Seeing as he had given information he wanted he half even If it was just a card to talk to someone.

Sidney stops moving for a second as he opens his eyes a little wider and he then closes his eyes with a slight frown on his face. He stands there for a while, ignoring what was going on around him. His mind is racing as he tries to figure out why what had just happened had happened. When he decides it's not worth the worry, for now, he opens his eyes again and then starts walking slowly towards Tokara.

Avril walks around and finishes picking up the broken arrow ends and wrenching out the other halves of the broken arrows. She then focuses on the bandit in front of Tokara, trying to figure out what was going on. It was really odd how Tokara and the bandit were acting. There had to be something about that bandit that none of them knew about. Typically if a bandit was going to avoid fighting, they would run away instead of talking cockily to the person that had killed 3 bandits in one swing of a sword.

Falabella grabs one of her bandages out of her pack and quickly wraps it around her palm where she had cut herself stabbing the bandit in the abdomen. It wasn't worth a healing, but a bandage would work fine.

She slowly follows Sidney, walking toward Tokara. Not knowing what they were talking about yet, she was worried, but when wasn't she when it was regarding Tokara. Staying far enough away to not be in range of an attack, but close enough to hear what'll be discussed, she stops, ready to attack if he makes a move against her brother.

The bandit hands Tokara a tan colored card. It appears to be blank on the side that Tokara can see, and it is blank on the other side. "It's not worshipping it, but nonetheless... That card, under the right conditions, will tell you where to go to meet him. Not sure that the information he tells you will sink in in the next few years. The bandit then backs up a little. He continues backing up until he is in the shadow of a tree, suddenly he disappears from sight.

Tokara hold the card and spits on the ground. “I hate shadow magic. Them bastards always run.” Tokara turned to look at the scene of every one in his team. Seeing all the bandits dead he nodded his head. “nice going now the fun part lets reap our spoils.” Tokara sounded just like a bandit ready to plunder his riches from fallen foes. He then looked at the card handed to him by the bandit. “under the right conditions huh… any one here know how to work a mages card.” Tokara held up the blank tan card, he then moved the handholding it over the gash in his arm he received from one of the bandits getting blood on the card. Undeterred by the pain of the gash.

(Under Dices roll, roll dice #2 Once per bandit. In this situation it should be 2 per person to distribute any goods evenly. After you roll, I will post what you find at each bandit. For reference though, 1 = Nothing, 2-4 = some amount of gold, 5 = Item of some sort, 6 = Weapon of some sort that has not been stolen by the bandit which may not suit your class. (most bandits use stolen weapons))

Where the mysterious bandit had left, Tokara can see a pouch on the ground. Perhaps there is some loot inside.

Sidney gets to where Tokara is. "You know, there could be poison on that? You don't know where that's been." He decided not to go further into that though. "So what did he say about that card? Why'd he give it to you?" asks Sidney curiously. This behavior from the bandit reminded Sidney of the sneaks he used to associate with in the past which was definitely not a good thing for anyone involved with the whole situation. Hopefully he was wrong. Then again, there were a couple of positive things he could think of that this could be about. Sidney then goes and checks out the two bandits he had slit the throats of, looking for some kind of loot.

Each bandit has 1 pouch on them holding 1000 gold in each.

Avril listens to Sidney and wonders the same thing he does as far as why he had gotten it. As she waits to hear his response Avril walks over to a couple other bandits and checks to see if they have anything worth taking on them. She wasn't expecting much as they had not been all that great of fighters so she didn't figure that they would have been able to manage to get much through fighting or anything else for that matter.

(The 4 which was a gold roll led to a roll of 10 which corresponds to 450 Gold. The 5, which is an item roll, led to a roll of 6 which is a Stamina item, which led to a roll of 3 resulting in 1 +20 Stamina capsule which will restore 20 Stamina when used.)

As Avril searches she spots a pouch holding 450 Gold Coins and another pouch containing a capsule labeled St #3. Most fighters would recognize this as a pill used by soldiers, guards, and mercenaries to allow them to travel, and fight, for longer.

Feeling better now that the last bandit had left, she decided to quietly follow directions for now. She'll figure out what had happened later if needed. Weaving her needles into her corset to free her hands, she quickly walks over to the bandit that had attacked her and rumages through his clothing. *Eww... when was the last time he bathed?!* After she was done there she goes and finds another body and procedes to do the same. This time she actually saw bugs in this clothing, she was going to have to wash her hands when she was done.
