Preliminary Round Match 2: Taycee vs. Errol Merryon

An older man with gray hair, wearing black pants, a white shirt and a red bowtie is standing in the middle of the tile floor of the arena awaiting Taycee and Errol.

A fragile looking gnome slowly walks out to the center of the arena with one hand behind his back and the other holding a teacup. He doesn't seem to have armor or any weapons on him. He stands next to the referee and takes a sip from his teacup. Good day my kind sir. How are you doing on this lovely day? Well I hope, I know I am. I look forward to this match with much enthusiasm. he seems extremely relaxed.

The member 'NPC Event' has done the following action : Dices roll

With bow in hand taycee walks in to the arena, her attire was nothing more then just her normal clothes and the quiver of arrows, how ever her long hair was done in to a tight braid to keep it out of her face for the remainder of the match. Her quiver had at least 50 arrows in it and the bow was not of good make so she her self would have to think well on this fight to beat, what seemed to be a tea sipping grandpa from a story book. she was a little off put but knew not to fully drop her guard, she had the bow in a ready if she decides to grab an arrow in order to fire it. she said nothing and just looked straight at her new target for the match.

The referee motions for both Taycee and Errol to stand where they are supposed to and once they are both there he speaks. The only real rules here are to stop fighting if your opponent is unconscious or gives up. If you say that you give up, you immediately lose. Also, please note that the sphere around the fighting area is magic and will repel you if you come into contact with it so try not to. Now make sure to stay still as the arena will now morph and the only places that are guaranteed safe are the starting points and a spot for me.

After saying this the referee stands still and then it darkens inside of the fighting area until it is as dark as night without any moon or stars. Other than that there are no changes and it is still a tile floor. After the area finishes changing the referee motions and yells Begin Fight!

Taycee noticed the darkening of the room and watches her target she quickly draws an arrows and fires it where her taget should have been once the area fully darkens. She moves silently as she could trying to keep quite she was waiting to hear if the arrow hit or if the old gnome would move around. She then remembered he was drinking tea, what kind of tea was it aromatic? she tried to sniff the air seeing if she could catch a wiff. total darkness was not her forte.

The little old gnome is surprised by the arena change and before he can react he is suddenly struck in the shoulder by an arrow. He doesn't make any sound as he holds his shoulder feeling that it is indeed an arrow. He doesn't attempt to remove it or break it off. He starts to slowly move to the side a little, making sure not to make any noise. This would normally be hard to do but his nimble little gnome feet made it possible.
