Tokara and Fala (horse travel from WW to mende)

*Idiot* Falabella thinks seeing Tokara do all the work.  *If it was just the two of us he might have not tried to be such a macho stupid-head*  But Tokara was Tokara and being an idiot was part of him too.  She knew that very well, and should have expected this kind of outcome.  She just rolled her eyes, sighed, and gave him the "You know you'll regret this later" look, which she fully expected to be ignored.

At Remy's question about a vial, a look of disgust crossed her face as she looked at the piles of flaming shit.  "... Yea i have some...  here," she hands him one of her herbalism vials.  It was full of water since she'd forgotten to buy a waterskin, but at least she had some to spare since she hadn't gotten that many herbs with all the fighting.  "It's just water, drink it, dump it, whatever."  

She stays off her pony, figuring she could give it a rest and walk with the rest of the group.  Leading it by the reigns, with Wind Knockback still charged, she keeps her eyes open for any more trouble as she follows Tokara back to the city.  *God knows we've had enough of that for one trip and back.*

Remy takes the vial and goes over near the reeking trail of crap. He scoops some into the vial very carefully making sure not to have any of it come into contact with his hand. Sure it was disgusting but he imagined that if it was used against an opponent or thrown onto them it would be of great use. "Merci cher, this ought to come in handy in the future though it may not seem it now."

Remy then watches the horse team drag the defeated Horse Killer towards Mendefera. "Alors! It appears as though we may be home free." as he says this he looks behind him to see if they indeed were. In this world there was no such thing as a sure thing.... or being truly safe for that matter.

The sound of the dragin body sounded liked gravle scraping plate armor. Tokara be hide the 4 horses but in front of the body kepted mushing the drafts who honestly where not in shape ofr this kind of draggin. Puppy in his bag just whimpered as it was getting hungry. The gates of the city where getting close in to view. tokara would halt the horses before the gate and look up. “Raise the gate.” The gaurds in the towers kind of in aww just started down at a shirtless man with very poor shirt bandages having a team of horse pulling a intact male horse killer body.

They raised the gate quickly and tokara whipped the rains to het the horses moving and the drag continued. Many guards came out just to see the body. but tokara was not on his way with the body to the merhents distrect. This place would be the main area to have the body cut up and sold. Lucky for tokara remy and falabella the horse killer was close to town to be sold in pieces.

((Due to Tokara being in Mendefera and Falabella being right behind him and then Remy behind her the post order will change to Remy and then Falabella as Remy would likely be closer to whatever the encounter is.))

As Tokara enters Mendefera a noise can be heard from the woods. The sound of breaking wood can be heard and so can the shaking of branches. From the gate into Mendefera one can see the tree tops in the woods shaking back and forth and some falling over. After a short while of this the sound of something dragging on the ground can be heard from within the woods. It is clear from the tree tops that whatever is in the woods in drawing closer to Mendefera.

As they approach the city Remy starts hearing trees creaking in the woods and some crashing down he turns to looks towards the sound and sees tree tops shaking and some even being knocked down. It seems to be coming closer and then he can hear the dragging sound coming from the woods that is actually slightly louder than the horse killer being dragged into town. Remy looks back towards Tokara and Falabella but Tokara has gone into the town already as the horse killer has just been dragged in. Remy looks to Falabella. "Quick! Get the guards! Whatever it is, it's coming right for the city!"

Remy figures there should be a couple of guards just inside the gates. Hopefully one will go and tell the Captain that is on duty and the other will come outside to try and help hold back whatever it was. After Remy had told Falabella to get the guards he turns back towards the forest and begins walking towards where it seems to be coming from slowly. It was probably a bad idea but if someone could distract a monster it was Remy, Remy just hoped he wasn't in too far over his head for whatever this was.

The sound through the trees raised her nerves.  She didn't know what was coming but it sounded huge and the last creature she'd seen have this much effect on her surroundings was the dragon as it flew over them.  It didn't seem like it'd be the same, but whatever it was, she hoped it wasn't something so strong they couldn't handle it.  

Hearing Remy's orders, she quickly finds 2 guards, one on either side of the entrance.  "Hey! Something huge is coming this way!"  She didn't want her pony involved in a fight yet, and an idea hit her.  "You!" she says pointing to one of them as she hands him her pony's reigns, "take him, he may be small but he should be fine for you to ride to the barracks and get more help... Lots of it.  Picket him there and I'll be back for him later.  You," pointing to the other guard, "come help us... please."  She'd added the please only after realizing that she'd been barking orders and they might not be so happy about that.  The first guard took one look at what was happening and gladly took her pony, mounted it, and sped off in the direction she remembered lead to the barracks.  The other stayed with her.  

She turns back to the road, and saw Remy walking toward the disturbance.  "Hey!  Don't get too far away until help arrives!" she tries to warn him, but wasn't sure if he would take her advice.  With Wind Knockback charged, she doubts it's usability since it had a weight limit on it's effectiveness.  *Oh well, better than nothing.*  She makes sure her Claws and Spikes are comfortable and grabs 4 Damaging Needles MM, just incase.  Hopefully more guards or captains would be here soon enough.

As the guards follow Falabella a giant snake head bursts out of the bushes followed shortly after by four more. As soon as it is visible one of the guards speaks to Falabella. "Stay near the city little Missy, we'll handle this."

The other runs to Remy "Stand back civilian, we can handle this on our own." Then both guards run towards the hydra. As they approach it the hydra suddenly turns and slams them with its tail. The guards are sent flying back past Falabella and Remy and are hit into the wall with a sickening thud. It appears as though both guards are either unconscious or possibly even dead.

Remy looks towards the forest and sees the snake head pop out followed by 4 more. Remy immediately takes a step back. That's when the guard tells Remy to get back. Remy puts his hand on his face and immediately turns back towards the city. As he starts towards the city he sees the guards fly back by him.
Remy picks up pace and shouts to Falabella. "Unless you have a plan get into the city. I'm going to the barracks." Having said this Remy runs past Falabella picking up speed and running at full speed.

As each head entered view, her eyes widened more and more.  This was not something they could handle without some serious backup.  The only thing she was thankful for was that Tokara had already gone into the city and hadn't seen it.  She dreaded to think of what his face would look like seeing a challenge like this monster would give him.  Hopefully he would be smart enough to stay away like he was when they saw the dragon, but there was always a chance he would let his inner idiot- barbarian win the fight of better judgement with his brain.

As the guards rushed into the fight, and Remy started back toward the gates, it seemed like a good time as any to retreat into the relative safety of the city.  Running for the gates, she hears the impact as the two guards are slammed into the walls.  Managing a look back, she can't see if they are dead or not, but she doesn't have enough time to drag them to safety with her strength.  She'll have to risk it when the beast was distracted with better fighters later.

Remy was inside, and running for more backup.  Hopefully the one guard with her pony had already made it there and called for help.  But at least if he didn't, Remy should be there soon.  She enters the gates and is now inside the city.  Staying far enough away, yet still in the area, she starts telling any civilians that were in the area to get to safety.

((Falabella I apologize for the oversight and massive screw-up in what the guards did. I guess your pony is just inside of the gates right now because of me having the guards go and attack the hydra.))

The hydra slowly slithers closer to the gates. It seems to be taking its time making sure to take in all of its surroundings. As it moves closer one of the mouths has a little puff of smoke come out of it, odd for a hydra. The guards that were hit into the city wall still seem to be unconscious. Every now and then a low groan can be heard out of one of the guards so it would seem as though the armor they were wearing spared them from the quick death that it had appeared they would meet.

At a fast pace an agility horse bolts out of the city gates its rider clad in armor almost golem looking as she pulls the horse to a halt and steps off and takes the sword off with her one arm. Then she’s looks up to the hydra. “mmm it’s a big one… the strange thing is dose it regrow heads..” she said as she griped a handled on the side of the sword making it much like a large shield. She would begin her walk towards the beast the point of this was to have it react first not her.

The hydra glares at the rider that had approached it and then dismounted. The hydra rears back one of its head and fires a large intense blast of fire at the rider. It seems to be testing her as it could do a much stronger attack but this one would be good enough in itself to kill most unprepared combatants. The stream lasts a good 30 seconds.

The captain would grab her swords side handle for shielding and stab it in to the ground the armor would cover her face, shielding her eyes and mouth from breathing in the hot air from the flames. The sword was made of titanium, it was glowing red from the intense heat but retained its shape the armor that captain wore kept her body from being burned.


After the 30 seconds of flames the captain then rushed closer and held the sword in a shield like scat still facing the hydra. “so you can breath fire great there gose my skill set.” she muttered this to her self this was not one of her better decisions. Her skill set involved freezing her opponents in spot. With a creature that could breath fire ice and water would prove to very invalid. So brute force was going to be her key to land any amount of damage.

As she gets closer one of the hydra's heads raises and a ridge of ground rises in front of it. Then a second head shoots a stream of water at it eroding it and the head that head breathed fire joins in as the earth turns into a boiling hot mudflow that is now heading towards the Captain. The weakness of this skill is that it is a slow moving skill and if she is quick thinking enough she can likely figure out a way to avoid it as it is thick it may be able to have a section on top of it frozen for a short period of time.

The captain would notice this creatures remarkable ability of blending elements to form a new attack. The boiling mud was coming at her, so the captain did what she could. Having a gem in her armors palm she reacted as fast as she could, dropping the sword because she had only one arm. She held out her palm it had a diamond gem in it and she points it at the mudflow and hydras heads. “ICE MISSILE SALVO!” with that 30 small ice shaped spears blasted out of the gem and all of them traveled up the mudflow. 10 easily would hit the mud, the missiles upon impact would cause the mud to freeze. The other 20 where traveling up towards the three heads. The mud in front of her was frozen in a wave, about to hit her. quick timing was needed.

(ice missle salvo Teir 4: launches 30 ice missiles that cause instant freezing upon impacting any surface, conical fire no targeting. High friendly fire rate, each missile cause 30 points of frost bite upon impact, also freezes target on spot. Each spear freezes a 10 foot raduis where it hits.)

The hydra is impressed by the attack but while the salvo is launched a fourth head comes into play as the fourth head bellows and the bellow turns into a piercing screech. It sounds as though glass is breaking as the ice shatters from the frequency of the screech turning the icicles into dust that fall short over the now frozen mud flow.

Suddenly a crackling can be heard as the fifth head opens it's mouth and electricity can be seen building inside of it.

The battle between the captain and the hydra was fought fierce, but the hydra was driven off thanks to an unlikely source, the earth peacekeeper. The peacekeeper wounded one of the heads and the hydra fled back to the high hills, but the one armed captain feel to a knee as she had sustained massive injury's. The peacekeeper would carry her to the nearest hospital to she her wounds tended. But the whole trip to keep her awake kept asking her if she wanted to invest in dragon shit a highly useful farming resource.
