Saori took the time walking through the peaceful fields to think about her life and what she had gone through in the past. It was surely not the life anyone may have ever wanted to go through, but it all led up to the person she had become today. Without going through hardships, she may have been a spoiled little royal brat in the Fayshade Manor. Though brat may not have been the proper terminology. Saori preferred the term bitch. She despised royalty.

Her father was dead, and her mother died giving birth to her. What the hell else was she to live for if not to destroy those who dare threaten the lives of her family? Or what was a part of it at least. Her father hadn't died in vain.. She would do everything she could to carry on the legacy of the Shadowborn clan. Continuing on with her quest for vengeance, she walked onward. Dominance ever looming in her heart.

Once more the sunlight above began failing, causing the darkness created from a sunless sky to loom over the world below - flowing pastures of beautiful flowers became the killing fields for wild animals and bandits alike. Saori had never gone this far from Mendefara, but she knew she would probably be okay. Aside from that, she had already met a lovely person on her travels. Ah.. The fairy.

She wasn't really sure what the hell the fairy did to her, but for some reason, she felt.. Empowered. Like her life force had somehow exponentially expanded. Regardless of whether or not she was just acting like some crackhead without a hit, she disregarded all probabilities and remained walking on the path she was so desperate to follow. Vengeance.

She would stare at the moonlight above. Its shining blue aura illuminated the world in a shroud of hidden beauty never truly seen by the men and women who followed suit with the simple lives of civilians. She had no regrets. She was the fruit of her fathers existence, and she was determined to prove that his teachings would never fall apart and falter.

She continued through the night, her hand always remaining on her blade and energy channeled into her other. Her red eyes glowed with curiosity as to what was to be expected once she reached her destination. Moon Shadow Inn was merely one day away.

Finally, the day had been reached. She checked her map every now and again as she felt she grew closer to the designation, more or so excited about what was going on. She needed to do this for herself. Not just for her father or her mother. Saori felt she needed to do this to protect her very way of life.

She went through a final mountain pass, only to be surprised by the sight of the inn she was supposed to be at. Unsure of if she was even early or late in accordance with a due arrival time, if there ever was one, she'd tread forward, her footpads making light patting noises as she approached the door of the hotel, pushing it open with a rebellious force, walking in and looking around for her contact.
