The Mendefera Streets (Kai, Robbie, Lena)

The Mendefera streets are crowded with criers announcing the latest news, vendors yelling out their wares, and shoppers all bustling about under a warm, sunny sky. "Excellent weather, wouldn't you two say?" she adressed Kai and Robbie, whom she walked in the middle of. Days like these were Lena's favorite and a shame to not take advantage of. The perfection of the afternoon made her mood go through a complete turnaround. She had completely forgotten about her experience at The Outfitter's.

She turned to Robbie; "So, why the question about our skill sets, Handome?" she asked, curious about his own. She was sure Kai was curious as well.

"I was just curious, as to your skill sets as travelling has been dangerous lately. I was going to suggest that if either of you had any place to go, or wanted to go do a quest, that we do it together. As for my skills, I am a pure Martial Artist. I use no weapons, and I use no armor. I also use very little magic, though I have a basic technique or two involving it." In truth, Robbie had no place to go, and no reason not to go somewhere as long as there would be adventure. Anywhere he went would suit him, but it would be a little better if he were to go in a group.

Seeing Lena enjoy the weather and forget about that shop keeper was nice. "Yes. The weather is nice, although when you are covered with fur, you don't have a problem staying warm." He tells her, a smile in his eyes, but he keeps his face still.

Listening to Robbie talk about how dangerous it was outside the gates, he knows he doesn't need to be told that... but it is good that others aren't rushing into danger thinking it's safe. "I do not have a specific place to be, and I would like to make a difference. A quest may help give us a goal in mind, and we can help people in the process. I know what it is like alone, and would rather stick with people. Especially you Lena," he states smiling a little "I'm not finished getting to know you yet. You remind me of the good times with my family."

Lena grins at Kai's words; for the first time since she left home she felt attachment to somebody else. Lena had grown very fond to her new friend within the few moments they shared together. "Kai, you flatter me! I would be honored to journey alongside you." she replied to him, then turned to Robbie. He was practically a stranger to Lena. What if he was actually more troublesome than good? What if he had bad intentions?
She shrugged off her concerns for now; if having him in the group was okay with Kai then it was fine by her account as well. Lena gave Robbie a smirk; "Well, the more, the merrier I suppose. I wouldn't mind having you around anyway, sweetie." she added, giving him a sly wink.
Her gaze fell to her boots. "So, where to next, boys?

Robbie thinks for a second. "I suppose the next place to go would be the quest board if you are alright with it." says Robbie. He knew that Kai was alright with doing a quest but was uncertain if Lena would be fine with one. To be honest, she didn't overly look like the kind of person to be too adventurous. Then again, she didn't look like the kind of person that wouldn't be afraid of a Minotaur either.

Thinking about the quest board he starts looking around. "I know where that is. I was there when I grabbed the recruiting quest that led me to Lena. A quest sounds like a good idea to me, I have been without direction long enough and desire a goal to accomplish."

Kai starts to walk in the direction of the Quest board, he looks at Lena and Robbie, they seem decently reliable. Robbie looks like he has things to proove, and he would. Lena looks like she wouldn't back down from a fight even if she may not win, Kai would have to take care with that. Now to judge himself... he hoped he wouldn't be a burden, or have to watch more people around him die.

"Alright, then it is settled; lets find ourselves a job!" Lena exclaimed with optimism. The thought of doing something productive made her happy. She sought to outdo herself and make her mother and father proud of her accomplishments. This would be a small stepping stone. Eagerly, she followed closely besides Kai to the quest board.

Robbie followed them towards the quest board. Hopefully there was something important to do. He wasn't sure if the group would work very cohesively or not. Regardless, he was sure that they all would do better as a group than they would have alone.
