Barrett Builders (Open to all)

Sidney enters Barrett Builders. He looks and finds a big muscular black man who identifies himself as Barrett. Sidney talks to him about building some cabins and a barracks and clearing some land and using the trees from the cleared land for the barracks and cabins. Barrett tells his fee and says nothing would be owed until after they were done and that if they never got paid it would be as easy to destroy the buildings and land as it was to clear and build on it. He then looks at the map and says that he and his crew will be there the day after tomorrow. Sidney then leaves.
