Found: where it grows in several types of habitat, including chaparral (mild, wet winters and hot dry summers) and wildfire, featuring summer drought-tolerant plants with hard sclerophyllous evergreen leaves), in the coastal and inland hills and mountains
Physical Description: a hairy to woolly shrub growing one to three meters tall. The leaves are up to 17 centimeters long by 6 wide, gray-green with a coat of woolly hairs, and sometimes toothed along the edges. The inflorescence is a cluster of bell-shaped lavender flowers.

How to use: Crush herb into a poultice, apply directly onto effected skin, or make into a drink of 50/50 (hide it in strong flavored food or drink if desired).  Only need a teaspoon ingested to be effective (ingestion takes one extra post for effect).  Can be inhaled in the form of smoke.

Found: Clove grows best in rich loamy soils in the wet tropics.  Can also grow in heavier red soils, but in either case, needs good drainage.  Prefers partial shade and even rainfall.  This plant does best in tropical conditions
Physical Description: a triangular shaped evergreen tree growing about 40 feet tall with smooth gray bark and 5-inch-long, glossy opposite leaves that resemble bay leaves. The attractive red and white bell shaped flowers bloom year round in 1/4-inch clusters at the ends of the branches and have four tiny petals surrounded by a long, four-parted calyx (the “stem” of the clove) and numerous stamens. The buds are pink, but the calyx changes from yellow to deep red-pink after the stamens fall.

Found: Hedges, on walls and waste ground.  Moderate climate, found most everywhere.
Physical Description: Deciduous woody perennial plants, growing 1–3 m high.  Leaves form on the shoot either in an alternating arrangement or in bundles of up to three, each having a shape that is either lanceolate (shaped like a spearhead longer than it is wide) or ovate (egg-like). Leaf dimensions are 7-cm wide by 3.5-cm broad with blunted or round tips.  The flowers grow in groups of one to three in the leaf axils. The calyx (eventually ruptured by the growing berry) consists of bell-shaped or tubular sepals forming short, triangular lobes. The corolla are lavender or light purple, 9–14 mm wide with five or six lobes shorter than the tube.   Produces a bright orange-red, ellipsoid berry 1–2-cm deep

Primary Effect: Negates Opium poppy addiction.  Opium poppy is addictive if used more than every other battle topic.  Addiction will reduce Stat boost of Opium poppy by 5 points for every battle topic over allowed amount.  Will require 1 dose of Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) to void withdrawal symptoms for every post above usage allowed.

Additional Details: Known to prevent or delay withdrawal symptoms in an opiate dependent individual, and it is often used to mitigate cravings thereafter

Physical Description: Kratom trees usually grow to a height of 12–30 ft. tall and 15 ft. wide, although under the right conditions, certain species can reach up to 40–100 ft. in height. The stem is erect and branching. The leaves of the kratom tree are a dark green color and can grow to over 7 inches long and 4in wide, ovate-acuminate in shape, and opposite in growth pattern
