New ad for the site [WIP]

Hi there! Okay so I got bored so I decided to see what I can do about making the ad on here better since I do recall one site that the code did not work so for now this will be WIP since I am not the best with code and also if anyone wants to see what they can do with playing around with the code then I will put the codes I do in a [./code] thing that way you can copy and paste it anywhere and start playing with it. I am using HTML code (Which I am still learning how to use) but plan to translate it that way it works with other forums that don't have HTML. I will be using the ad that we have right now as a base that way I can get all the info that we would need or want in an ad. I started with the code for the picture hyperlink and will continue to work on it whenever I get bored. Also if you want something in the ad that I have not done yet you can either try to code it yourself and post a comment about what you added or you can just comment a suggestion and I will try to make it a thing. My ideas for the new ad include having the main image then also have it sorta fade to different image sorta like a Minecraft server banner
