James makes his way to the Merchant's District with Alexi and then looks around for the Jaq Sarain person. He looks back to Alexi and then says This could be a problem. I'm not sure where we're going to find them. I don't even know if it's a woman or a man. Do you have any idea about how we can find them? I didn't think this out very well. Of course it was a pretty common occurence that he didn't think things out before doing them.

Alexi looks perplexed as James says about having no clue what this person that they are looking for is supposed to look like. She thinks for a second before speaking. I don't know how we're going to find them. They could be anywhere..... or..... She hesitates for a second and looks at one of the Merchant's stalls. Or, it could be that stall that's sign says Jaq Sarain's Potions and Adventuring Supplies. she says as she points to stall that has a makeshift sign that says just that.

    Merchant: Jaq Sarain Quicks11

Jaq has just finished packing everything up at his store. He sees the two adventurers approaching him and he frowns a little because he thinks they're here to buy from him. My apologies Sir, Madam. I'm afraid I'm all packed up and don't have anything to offer you at this time. Please come back in a week or two. Jaq then returns to making sure that he has everything prepared for travel as best as possible and that he knows where everything is.

James chuckles a little at Jaq telling him he was going somewhere. Oh, I know that, we're here to accept the escort quest that you had posted back at the Notice Board. My name is James and this here is Alexi. James was all smiles right now as he is thinking how welcome the money would be for him right now. Seeing Jaq he can't help but think that he should be able to be a help as well if they got in a fight on the road.

Alexi smile and nods and waves as James introduces both her and himself to Jaq Sarain. It seemed a little odd to her that he was already packing up, but she figures it is just because he is anxious to get going and by the sounds of what was posted in the quest notice it made sense to her why he would be. She stays quiet though as she lets James deal with this man by himself.

Jaq looks at the with a little bit of confusion and surprise. Really? Well, I already have somebody for that. I could use a couple more people, but you'd have to be able to work with the girl that already accepted. If you can I would love to have you in the group as well. In fact that's her. he says the last part before pointing to a tall orcish girl that was approaching the group of people as he spoke.

As Mor approaches she hears the last part of what Jaq says about loving to have them in the group and that she was coming now. She approaches the group with a little bit of apprehension as she wasn't sure how these people would react to her being half-orc. Greetings, my name Mor. It be beneficial to have more people on Escort, if you alright with working with me. I alright working with you. She says this trying to gauge these people because it was true that she was likely over her head.

James was surprised to hear that someone else had taken this escort quest and it showed on his face, as did the increase in surprise about the quest taker being a female half-orc. Regardless, once his surprise went away his facial expression set to a more neutral look. I personally would love to work with you. What do you think Alexi? James would ask this last part as he looks back to Alexi to make sure that she was alright with this.

Alexi's reaction to the situation was pretty much identical to James' but she looks a little weirded out by Mor. Um... Sure, it would be... good to work with you. She then kind of looks at the ground. The look of her face was uncertainty rather than disgust or hatred as she had never been around anyone even part orcish before that was a good person. Unfortunately that was the reputation a lot of the orcish tribes had garnered.

Jaq nods Alright then everybody, if you're all with me then follow me. Off to Bristlebain we go! Just like that he is already up and traveling at a fast pace to go towards the gate, not really seeming to care if they really were ready to go or not. He was ready to go and at this moment in time, to him, that was all that really mattered and anyone who had a problem with it could take a flying leap.
