Downside: It has to be used on a down opponent. If they have more agility than he has strength they can avoid him getting them into position. If they have more strength than him they can break out of the move.
Post duration: Pretty much instant but break chance isn't until second post of duration. Duration is as long as user can hold it or wishes to hold it.
Type: D.O.T Attack
Range: h2h single target.)
Base Damage: 5 per 20 strength per turn. At the start of the second turn the Bone Breaker effect comes into play with an additional 25% chance if Atlas is stepping on the opponent to prevent him from flipping them around instead of breaking the ankle.
