Valua's Surge

Name: Valua's Surge
Requirements: Must be a Tribal Islander from the islands off from Igneus. Must have been an full fledged warrior of the tribe and have received a tribal blessing tattoo. Must have come in contact with Valua inside of Mount Valua and been taught by Valua.
Stamina cost: 2x Stamina of skills used while active.
Downside: Drains all mana on use. Limited Duration
Post duration: Due to mana restraints at most Once per battle. Duration is 1 x Character Level = Post Duration
Type: Buff
Range: Self
Base Damage: Same as any skills used while active
Other Damage: + .5 x Character Level
Level needed: 1 and up
Rp Sample link: The tattoo on Koroseta's shoulder lets off a slight red glow as do her eyes. She attacks the man and does more damage than normal. She can also feel her magic completely depleted.
Description: It cause and additional .5 Damage x Character level to all skills used while lasting 1 x Character level for posts. It causes all skills used to take up double stamina and drains mana immediately on use meaning that while it is active and after it is active until the user recovers mana fully at some point, no spells or mana cost skills can be used except for the remaining duration of Valua's Surge.
