Name of Quest: Escort the Miners
Name of Patron: Floyd the wounded dwarf miner.
Starting Location: Mendefera
Requested Number of Quest Takers:one or more party members.
Items Required to Take Quest: A means of fighting.
Quest Difficulty: 2 star unless you meet a strong monster.
Quest Description: “I need help my mining crews has been under attack ever since we hit a vien of natural steel in the mines. I went to guard them myself but I got wounded in a struggle I need some people to help my fellow dwarfs transport ore. If you help escort some of the miners to town I will put in a good word with the rail road crew if you’re looking for more adventurous fun.”
The quest is 8 posts long will take 3 posts to get to the mine and 1 to pick up the dwarf and 4 to get back to town. Event rolls will be set on encounters only for this quest. They are also increased by 2 for encounter rate. If all goes well it should only take 8 posts, if a fight occurs then however many post it takes it takes. Completing this quest allows you to take the quest expanding the rails.
Reward:1000 gold, chose between 2000 gold, 20 pounds of good dwarf steel, 3 sheets of good quality Cow leather 20 pounds worth of leather.
