Requirements:  No instrument needed.  Entertainer (Bard specific) of 15.  10 Magic
Stamina cost: 2 Energy X current character level.  cost scales with level due to effect scaling damage with levels
Mana cost: 2 Mana X current character level.  See example above
Post duration: 1 post charge, 1 post cast, 2 post effect
Type: Soundwave/Debuff/Attack
Element: Wind
Range: Up to 3 targets of up to 20’ away
Base Damage: None.
Other Effect: A decrease of target’s Weapon or Hand to Hand ability by 1/3.  Gives user 1 point in Entertainer (Bard).  At level 3 and up it has a 5% chance to stun targets with no additional stamina or mana cost

Frustration had been building inside her for the last hour… and it was all his fault.  Her brother was in his rebellious stage, and being mean to his little sister was apparently his outlet of choice.  The names, she could deal with, but how Dare he say he should never have taken her off that ship?  She couldn’t take it much longer, she felt like she may literally explode.  Instead, she gathered a giant breath, and building magic up into her throat to really get her point across, she screamed at him as loud as she could.  The rage she felt, mixed with her effort and the magic changed the pitch of her voice, making it a higher pitch that wasn’t human anymore.  His reaction was immediate, he lifted his hands to his ears, but it couldn’t stop the sound from penetrating into his brain.  Now, thoroughly pissed at her, he grabbed a nearby piece of firewood, and swung it at her, but he could barely swing it properly, she easily dodged it, running into her bedroom and bolting the door *that Might keep him out while he cools down and realizes he doesn’t want me dead…*
Downside: Only useable twice per topic, or will hurt throat
Description: Amplifies a screeching, screaming, nail-on-chalkboard sound that bombards target, decreasing their Weapon or Hand to Hand ability by 1/3.  Magic corresponding with your emotions, making it effect only chosen targets and not you or your team, unless your team makes you as angry as an enemy.  Gives user 1 point in Entertainer (Bard).
