In an ice cave on the edge of Tatara there is a single portcullis. The ice cave is just above water level and with effort one could make it up and to the edge of the city.

Sidney appears in the ice cave and shivers. He looks around and frowns. It was just too damn cold. He walks to the outside of the ice cave and clambers up the side and then he can see the city. He walks to one of the streets and walks up to a person. Um Hi. I got drunk the night before and have a wicked hangover. Can you tell me what city I'm in?
